How you can Deal With Self Victimization
It's like the singular purpose in these individuals' lives is to acquire pity. Nearly everything that comes out of their mouth can be summed up in the term “woe is me”.

Look, in some cases you get the raw deal, and it's really okay to vent a little. But don't lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel, or you'll start seeing every little thing as another purpose to grumble.

Far worse, you in turn become a toxic influence on everyone else's life. To be honest nobody would like to be around a person who's playing the victim constantly. However, what is strange is the fact that if you start to spiral down the path of victim playing, some of the important people to you may begin to back away from your life, supplying you with even more of a reason to feel like a sufferer.

Does this all sound like someone you know? What is a better solution in handling toxic people? (< see the complete post here).
